Parivar is committed to leaders. We believe everything rises or falls on leadership. We are committed to proactively investing in leaders. We are committed to training current and future leaders continually.
Our special focus is on nurturing next generation leaders. We convene leaders of the second generation in the South Asian community in North America through an event called CONNEXT Conference (standing for CONnecting the Next Generation). We do this in partnership with several churches and organizations.
We also conduct leadership training events for churches and community organizations. We have conducted training and coaching sessions for businesses and for-profit organizations. We also teach leadership issues at several colleges and universities in the United States and around the world.
